MMI, now part of the CAO family has understood that responsible policies and behaviors go a long way towards actively retaining customers.  This community-based business has served not just Frederick County but neighboring counties and communities for over 40 years.  Many of its employees have served with the company for 25-30 years.  They have seen and been part of the development of what originally was a single owner develop into a huge corporation with multiple owners still striving to follow the original philanthropic basis for how services are delivered.
