Insurance Changes for the New Year
At the start of the New Year, many people will find that they have either enrolled in a new health insurance plan or their out-of-pocket limits have reset and they must now pay more for doctors visits to cover a new deductible. We recommend checking with your health insurance company prior to your appointment to verify your coverage and the amounts you can expect them to cover for our services. All patients will be expected to sign and abide by our Patient Financial Agreement.

Check with your insurance company prior to making an appointment to determine what is covered and what your out-of-pocket expenses will be.

AT YOUR
APPOINTMENT
At your first appointment of the year, there will be a few administrative items that will need to be updated.
We ask that you:
- Arrive 30 minutes early
- Bring your 2024 Health Insurance Card
- Review and sign 2024 forms
Coverage
Insurance coverage and benefits can change from year to year. Check with your insurance company to understand your coverage for our services.
Deductible
Each new year, your health insurance deductible may reset. If that is the case, your insuance plan won't begin to pay until you have met your deductible.
Co-Pay & Co-Insurance
A new plan may also mean a different co-pay amount or co-insurance coverage. It is best to double-check with your insurance plan to understand your share of the cost of services.
